I didn't have a specific goal mileage today, since I'm still testing the left ITB. I would have gone further but I wanted to play it safe. Aside from the ITB, my right ankle started flaring out. I realized it was more "form" related than anything else. So, I listened to the ChiRunning form (reminder) and relaxed my body, it soon stopped hurting. I hope everyone is having a great weekend, despite the rainy/windy weather we're having here in the NE.

Nice call on the ChiRiunning, I'm SO inspired to get started. I'm glad your ITB is continuing getting better.
We missed out on the rain/wind here in Japan, but I did had a couple of earthquakes thrown at me. Hope you had a nice weekend too :)

I have an ITB issue that bothers my hip. Try side leg raises. It seems to help.
