Warm up before my run. I challenged myself on the last 1.11mi and sped up to 20mph max. Glorious feeling not having issues with the left ITB so far. =)

    @Nolan - My sis recommended biking for any tight spots. Lately been feeling it worse on my left knee and ITB. Glad it's worki g out for you.
