    I think a half is probably the best distance for everyone (my bias). Hope that ITB heals quickly!

    Thank you for all your wonderful words. I really appreciate the support. It's tough having a 6-8 miler run on your mind and not being able to do it. ITB is feeling ok today so I may go for a short run later. Crossing my fingers... =)
