Thanks all! The travel is mostly for my Mom right now. I am currently her guardian with her Alzheimer's. Dad will be able to do a lot more for her next year, but this year it is on me. It stinks to be in Arizona with the mountains and not always get my runs in - perfect place to train but often don't get out there - making it a priority this year!

Nice solo 7+ and good job with fighting those allergens! My allergies have been bad recently, and topping it off with asthma and a cold is no run, so I feel your pain.

Thanks!! Mom has Alzheimer's - she is OK, but feels like having a young kid, you hope you didn't leave them alone too long. :) She used to come to all my races as a kid and in college and even now, so she really likes to help me get runs in.

Oooh - I hate that, makes me so mad when we pay taxes and can't use things like that. We had that for a while then I noticed a new track being built at a jr, high and they didn't put a fence up - I was just about to drive to to the town next to me.

    great Run w/the girls 4.5 mi 00:42 09:17 pace

I skipped Monday to rest after the 10 miler as well as I had PT that morning. This run felt great, did a few strides after. Enjoyed wearing a t-shirt and shorts at home vs. the jackets and tights.
