    Delayed my run until after dinner due to the rain. Usually run on an empty stomach but felt okay and moved along fine when full unless I was just more energetic since I didn't run yesterday.

    Decided to delay my early run a few hours to catch a some rays, only downside is the air was loaded with allergens spewed from all the lawnmowers.

    Friday night run around the block after the sun cooled down... allergens were pretty bad combined with blinding perspiration flowing into my eyes so it slowed me down a bit.
