  9. RUN
    3.36 mi 00:36 10:48 pace

Felt like I was moving along pretty good although that isn't reflected in my pace. Garmin must be confused because it captured my top speed at 19,712.6 mph in my first mile!

  10. RUN
New Haven Runner Meetup 4 mi 00:41 10:19 pace

First run of the season with the group and also my first run since the NYC Half. A bit of huffing and puffing but it melted away 2-1/2 pounds of water weight!

  11. RUN
    3.5 mi 00:37 10:37 pace

Finally had some decent weather for a run! Hope it holds up for the NYC Half this weekend.

Thanks, it certainly has been a long snowy winter but signs of spring are visible.

Got totally shit on for today's run! Left my ipod on after the last run so it was dead and at mile .36 my Garmin died...

  16. RUN
    Pond Hill 5 5.25 mi 00:55 10:34 pace

Finally had a reasonably nice day without any late afternoon commitments so I could get out for a run. Gotta start building miles for the NYC Half...

  17. RUN
    Fairfield 5 5.27 mi 01:00 11:21 pace

Slowing down the long run according to Coach Cindy's guideline for @Amy U. Still a minute a mile faster than our easy pace but this seemed easy enough.

  18. RUN
    TNT Run 6.28 mi 01:11 11:18 pace

Easy run working thru the pain of my Piriformis Syndrome as I gear up to train for the NYC Half in March.

  19. RUN
Around the Block 2.78 mi 00:27 09:32 pace

Loosening my legs so I can keep up with Amy U. in the Central Park 4 Miler tomorrow.

  20. RUN
Long Hill Loop 2.15 mi 00:22 10:26 pace

Cold weather run, thought I was moving fast but for some reason it's not reflected in my pace. Lungs need to adjust to these temps but from what I hear it will be warming up by the weekend.
