After my long nap I hit up the pool. Lots of kids and one guy doing PT for a back surgery he had. Told me I inspired him today. I think that is the best compliment to ever hear. It wasn't the compliment he gave me about how I swam, but the fact I inspired someone to want to be more physically fit. Awesome.
Swim was to do 6 x 400 getting gradually faster each set. I started around 1:55 and worked down the 1:45. Definitely got faster as I went along. Felt great! Seriously who am I? How did I once loathe swimming to now loving it.
