Nothing fancy here. 10 minutes on the old spin bike at the gym granny style. Foam rolling and abs.
Not a whole lot of post race soreness, but I was told to take it very easy for a few days even if I felt great.

Yeah I'm not usually too sore after olympic or sprint distances either, but you only have a few weeks to wildflower so your body probably needs the easy days to kick ass there!
