Surprised at how good my legs felt today considering how bad they felt on yesterdays ride. Felt like I could run forever today. Love when that happens. Was going to run a bit longer, but schedule called for only an hour so I stuck to the plan. Haven't run early morning in a while, the cool air was really refreshing. My heart rate kept dropping the further I ran as well as my pace. That made my day :)

very nice....my HR and RPE does that for all 3 disciplines too...until I reach that point where I'm pushing the miles outside the comfort zone...maybe it just takes you a little while to settle down and reach that steady state, then you get comfortable and find your groove where you could go forever...It takes me almost 30 minutes to even decide I really want to be doing what I'm doing :)
