good Group run with Galloway Team 14 mi

I'm done with marathon training, but never done with helping a friend as well as nice leisurely, social runs. Joined the Galloway team for a run from CP to Randell's Island loop (new places to see!) and luckily the weather was wonderful. Will probably join a faster paced group (10 min milers) when they do recovery runs (shorter distances). For now I'm ready for the traditional after run nap and maybe even some homemade ice cream ;)
