This will be a good running group to attend once I am finished with the Grandma's marathon and want to work on speed training for shorter distances etc. Tonight seemed like a ladder wkout with a 1 min (race pace)/2 min (5K pace)/3 min(10K pace)/4 min (half pace--i think). It was hot and humid so paces were adjusted downward. There were also rests in between those minutes and the coach was there to let us know when. Overall a good speedwork session :)
