    Got my work schedule wrong so went for a morning run. Legs were heavy in the beginning, cool morning but dressed appropriately ... enjoyed the run.

      I am a runker ... i run hike run hike run hike ... but yes, a great challenge. I am doing the Sierra Vista Trail next week, then the Bataan Death March next month and then the Grand Canyon in April Lord willing. I too am looking forward to it, but pretty intimidated at this point. Moving forward though. Thanks for the encouragement.

      I think we all have some reason have some nervous anxiety about the R2R2R - it's healthy :). I have a feeling we'll be running/hiking with some good people and looking after one another. See you next week @ Sierra Vista! I'll be there doing something or other...

    I forgot to time my run so i went but what i did the previous time. Great day to run, then did 5 X 1" uphill runs ... just enough to waste me ... i enjoyed the run

      10 miles is far from weak sir. Good run despite the lack of fueling. Don't forget to grab from your gel cache in the dining room....I've seen your stash!
