      Good run Chris. All the prep in the world sometimes does not work. You did great. In a half I generally run good for 10 and then coast in easy the last 5 K. With my hard labor job as a tree climber I could not get hurt or require a long recovery from a race. I figured out 30 years ago that if I cooled it the last 15-20 % of a race I would have 1 day recovery instead of 3.
