Ok, so I'm running the Utah Marathon tomorrow. I'm not expecting anything spectacular so I'm trying something new with my preparation. I'll let you know how it works out. Today was a combination of fast pick-me-ups, with easy recovery jogs then a 25 minute steady jog. Thanks Brett for the tip!
