    Some major small victories today. My first run outdoors in two months, my first double digit mileage run in two months. It is a great day to be alive!

      Ummm, very few full marathons this year...I have a local half in April and that's my first official race of the year. Sad but I have to scale back and take care of myself first and foremost.

    Tuesdays are now a run-only day, back to weights or yoga/easy run tomorrow. Still sore from leg workout on Sunday, so we'll see if I have to swap around my schedule this week!
