    I wish I had the time on this run, it was a great morning. Scheduled for 6 miles but it was all clicking so I pushed it out an extra 2.5 miles. Exhausted afterwards but felt like old times :)

    Rough, I forgot to look at my watch for the run time but I know it was on the slow side because I had to walk several times.

      Hey Tammy :)!! I've been looking for you girls at 41st on those early miles. I've switched all my miles to early so I can avoid this crazy heat.

      No one is really running consistently as a group right now. After Garmin and Boston some of us were injured while others cycled and took a break. We are just starting back. Let me know when your wanting to run and I'll try to include you in group texts.

    Ran without being chained to a Garmin tonight, felt like a 10 m/m. Great night on the River.
