    Forgot to post this earlier. Got up extra early and ran 5 miles since my husband had to leave early today. I'm sure I'll be back up to my usual 7 miles next week.

      No...no more races for me until the Fall. I'm curious about the Phoenix 1/2 but since it's their first year I want them to work the kinks out. Maybe next year.

      I love getting my runs in early in the morning before the kids wake up. Great way to start my day...already accomplished!
