    Treadmill 5 km

    Had a cold and forgot my running jacket, so stayed inside on the boredom machine. Followed up with Sparta strength (see last week) then 5x60 m sprints

    3 k warm up, stretching and coordination drills, 5 x 800 with 2 min rest (aprox. 3:20 for the first 3, 3:10 and 2:56 for the last two), cool down.
    Probably went a bit too slowly on the first 3.

      Easy to say? Or easy to spell? Oh wait -- you meant the run!! :) I am an English teacher and there is NO WAY I can pronounce that word, let alone define it! Nice 5k!

      slots-her-rens-vai
      It's just the name of the street I ran to :)
