      thats breaks the 10% slow increase rules Emily:) - well done (60 miles per week is great) just keep the very long runs quite slow to avoid heavy fatigue (advice from an amateur)

      To be honest , the big increase was down to not having a down week during July, last one was just before and having one now.. Weekly mileage had never gone up by more than 10 %
