    Gorgeous day for a run! Supposed to do a track workout but opted for a shorter shake out so I could get to work on time. This one felt amazing!

    3/4 mile warm up, 3 x 3 min fartlek with 2 min recovery, 3/4 mile cool down. First run since Ragnar and that was tough!!

    The weekend of truth is complete! Fourth workout of the weekend, 2nd of the day, complete! Really tough 7 miles around Lake Merritt tonight...but feeling awesome for finishing strong!

    Super windy out on the bridge today! Made the uphill ride a little crazy but the ride back down was a blast.
