      :) today made me realize just how out of shape I have become from not being able to run as much! I am getting a new road bike for graduation, though, and I'm hoping to be able to start building towards doing triathlons after we move!

    Shake out between races. Knee and ankle are both sore with a lot of plantar tightness in both feet. Saturday's 5K will probably be my last race for a long time again :(.
