When I was coming back a couple months ago I felt everything in my shin was a issue. Then I actually tore the fascia and knew that was bad. But I knew it and I went in to see my Sports Ortho doc. Lucky for me it was just a torn fascia and I was told that the pain would dictate the activities. It only hurts after I run for the most part and sometimes not at all. So, listen to your body, know your comfort level and go see the doc if you want confirmation. Sometimes there's a bump in the road!

Thanks! Marie I was trying to remember your complication- when they did the bone scan they did both sides so I know it isn't anything to major as I haven't ran hard/long to irritate anything.
I have horrible footing when driving the jeep( heal raised and turned), and I think back and this niggle started after we bought it- I'm trying to get my seat adjusted better, relax and coach said to put a pillow under my hip- Also since my calves felt fine I had been wearing my Newtons all the time-

Which I forget it may take the rest of my body time to adjust. I have an apt to go for a check in a few weeks.
