ARC/Yoga/Weights 02:00

20 minutes(1.4) on the Arc before heading into 60min of Yoga. Great class at the Base( I actually was sweating for a spell). I hadn't been in the back gym and the heavens were singing- looks like some major cross-fit action goes on in there.. TRX also which I need to try!

The yoga instructor said something that hit home, " let go of your competition and do what your body is comfortable with today"- My balance was all wacky- and realized i grabbed a heavy padding for under my mat which makes is really hard to balance- even without it though my balance and power on my left is lacking. hopefully PT will fix that. Finished the workout with 40 minutes of free-weights.

Put in a call to my hubby after and he met me for lunch at Subway- benefits of doing my workout on base :-)
