      Thanks! Marie I was trying to remember your complication- when they did the bone scan they did both sides so I know it isn't anything to major as I haven't ran hard/long to irritate anything.
      I have horrible footing when driving the jeep( heal raised and turned), and I think back and this niggle started after we bought it- I'm trying to get my seat adjusted better, relax and coach said to put a pillow under my hip- Also since my calves felt fine I had been wearing my Newtons all the time-

    3x1x9- 3 minutes running, 1 minute walking, repeat. 5 in walk warm up/ cool down.

    If all feels well- Sunday I can run 28 minutes or 3 miles.
