good Run To/From Gym + TM 5.4 mi 00:47 08:42 pace

With the scorching heat I had no choice but to run on the TM again, before heading to work. The 2-mile commute run to/from the gym was brutal! Chose the TM closest to the glass wall panels so I could at least simulate running outside without suffering from heat stroke. Did a progressive 3-mile run/hill sprints (up to 4% grade at 7.5mph).
