    Ankle was not too happy that I pushed it through this difficult 5k. 4th OA, 1st AG. Next 5 days will be rest.

      my recommendation is to run through the pain until you really damage the heck out of it. then you get a 6 month break. At least that's what I seem to do.

      How are you running? You should make them push you around in a wheel chair. Make sure you ridicule them for not going fast enough.

    Fun morning run in heavy fog. I stopped a bunch of times to take pictures, there is so much greenery around here! By the time I was done it looked like I had been swimming.

      I think I'd choose San Diego too!! I've always wanted to run that R&R, or at least the half. I'm not running the 5k, but Matt is signed up for the triple crown.

    Ran with Amy and we helped each other reach our goals - she got a nice PR and I got my sub-7 for the weekend's marathons. Legs felt surprisingly good. Beautiful course but very hilly and windy.

    Fun race on the base through the air force boneyard. Got 2nd OA. Huge event which surprised me for a first-year race.

      Great job Keith! I think the appeal of running through the boneyard was a big deal. Matt wanted to do this one, but missed the sign up cutoff :(
