    Nice 4 miler to start the day! I have a hard time getting up in the morning to run. There is always something in the way for me to start at the time I want to.

    It's hard, but I can find too many excuses to not run after work. So I just have to force myself to get up. It does get easier if you consistently wake up early. Nice job getting it done Dan!

    It generally takes me at least 30 minutes from the time I first wake up, till I'm "on the street", so 45 minutes isn't so bad. At least you were out there and got it done !
