    Me and wifey had a really nice run in the misty rain. The trail isn't so great being next to a busy freeway but it was fun running with lots of friends.

      Sorry about your sore calf.... I strained my right calf during the summer somehow...the muscle felt pretty tight, too.... So I had my massage therapist work on it a few times (which really hurt!)...but as a result, the problem was resolved! (Wish everything was that easy....)

    first 5 miles was great but a calf cramp stopped me for a bit and after stretching it out, the end of the run was pretty slow and miserable. Oh well, a double half marathon weekend should fix it...
