  1. RUN
great East Lake Sammamish Trail 5 mi 00:44 08:41 pace

Wet, wild and fun! Note, no need to dry out sandals after a run. No need to run around puddles, just splash right through! I am wearing my Xero's today and they felt terrific in the rain.

  2. RUN
great Issaquah Highlands (generally) 5.5 mi 00:54 09:49 pace

Hit the short steep up hills and long gentle down hills. Wearing my original first pair of Luna Sandals and they still feel terrific after several years and well over a thousand miles of running!

  3. RUN

Ever notice the most tasty blackberries are the ones just right out of reach? They're the most aggravating too! Still I like blackberries right off the vine; nature's GU!

  4. RUN
good East Lake Sammamish Trail 3 mi 00:29 09:39 pace

First run since the marathon last weekend. Still in recovery mode. No major problems, just paying the price for not training enough and watching the diet before the race. I really need to get back ... read more

Boy, I hear you about needing to be on a more legit training plan again! I'm feeling the same way. I miss the sweet spot where training is happening frequently and is resulting in a faster, leaner running machine. We'll both get there again! Good 3 miles of recovery, Jules! Glad you liked your new shoes, too!

      Nice Job:

You two are so cute! Great job handling the last minute curve ball. Those conditions today were not the best but sounds like fun was had.
