      Just a hair longer than my run today and better pace. I'll have to see if I can best on next week's long run, looks like some friendly competition shaping up.

    Did 9:54 and 9:33 for my tempo splits. YaY! Hopefully in 16 weeks, I am strong & fast enough to deliver those type of splits for 26 miles....
