Allison - We start from RunTex and hop on the trail from Main Street to College then take the zig zag pedestrian bridge to Mile Marker 0 (start of the Randy Morrow Trail). It's a Mile down there and that's warm-up. Then you go straight into a mile hard from Mile Marker 0 (start of the trail) to Rivery Park. The hill is a monster. It starts by the parking lot @Rivery and goes all the way up to Rivery Blvd. Just keep running up until you reach the road!
