After a week & a half of swimming & cycling (cross training cardio) it is race day and time to try running. Inspired by the success Trace B had with her ITB, I tried Kinesio tape for my tibia pain. Astute viewers will notice I had to shave a little. ;^)

    I have my fingers crossed on the KT Tape for the ITB for my run tomorrow. Could you post the link to Trace's experience? It would be helpful to me.
