That's a nice way to get back into it, with McKenna. I hope you just do a few runs, just to run and things start to get more comfortable for you.

Windy as a MoFo - I'm not going to lie, I tried several ploys to get out of today's run. I was not looking forward to the biting bitter wind. I spent most of the morning, running around... read more

Some People Call Me a Space Cowboy...some call me the gangster of love. Steve Miller worked his way into my run mix somehow. I think the kids have been messing with my iTunes. Hmmm.

great Last Snow Run of the Season? 5.28 mi 00:42 07:59 pace

That's pretty awesome! How old we're your girls when they started running and how did you start them off? I have a 2.5 year old who I'm looking forward to introducing to the sport in a few years. :)

that is all so awesome. My 19 year old is all over races with me now but he didn't show interest until about 4 years ago when he was about 20 lbs over weight. Now he's a machine and will run the 50K with me in Sept. I'm looking for kids races now for my 5 year old who sees me run and knows that is our life but I never used a jog stroller so wondering if he'll be interested.
That's a great time too, she's gonna be great!!!!!!
