good Weights and stairs and stuff 01:30

Woke up at 4:30am, worked out for an hour with free weights.

Ran the up and down 17 stories of stairs 3 times with a backpack full of books, did some abs when I got home from work, ate a fish, rolled on the foam roller and now it's Friday night!
