This was a last-minute decision this morning, so I had to cut it a little short. Stayed up to watch "Lost" last night and then couldn't immediately fall asleep. That show will do it to you.

Anne, I don't watch a lot of TV, but will confess to being totally hooked on Lost! Never missed an episode! That's a good walking pace! I always feel that 15 or better is moving well! Tendon a little happier today?
