tired'Lite' Gym Workout

I didn't get much sleep last night, so I put off the gym until the afternoon and dragged the entire time. Hoping tonight brings on golden slumbers and tomorrow, a lot more energy.
Rowed 4500m in 30 min on very light tension.
Used elliptical for another 30 min. on lowest level.
Finished up with 15 minutes of arm work on the machines.


I agree with you, hope today's workout and lack of sleep from the night before brings you sweet dreams tonight and renewed energy tomorrow.
