Gym Workout: One Hour of Cardio

Did 5,000m on the rowing machine in about 30 minutes.
Followed with 8 miles on a stationary bike in the same amount of time.
I admit that I'm starting to really like these gym workouts, much more so than when I was healthy and the outdoors always beckoned. It's a nice change of pace.
