Wow, according to DM, the last time I did this run was almost 5 months ago. It used to be one of my regular loops pre-injury.
First real run on a harder surface and everything is feeling fine. I really struggled on the hills and lost some time at two big intersections waiting for the walk signal. I'll worry about improving my pace later in the spring when I'm convinced I'm fully healed.

I'm curious to know if your hiatus fully healed you too-- b/c I'm wondering if I have to give in to a real rest time like you did to make sure my hip heals properly... keep posting about it.
