    This is a very hilly course. And this is my only exercise this weekend. I have to work the rest of it. Hope everyone else has more fun. (And good luck to my girls doing tomorrow's Mermaid Run.)

      My first impulse is some humor like: "Hey Marines, I know you could totally take out this rowing machine, but have some pity on the defenseless, inanimate object over here and stick to wrestling on the other side of the mat." Underneath, I'd be steaming a little tho.

    Watched the fog roll in as I checked out a new neighborhood that lacked any lighting and sat high on a hill. Kinda cool.

      Wow, I can't trump that. I do remember running in high school for track outside with the snow pelting our face. If it was really bad out we ran in the school running stairs. I'll take the snow pelting my face :)

    Orangeburg Wedges 3 mi

    Saw three shadowy figures in a field and decided to alter my intended route and just do mini loops in this one neighborhood that ended up resembling wedges.

  16. Once again going to the office extra, extra early precludes any formal exercise. On the plus side, I got to watch the gorgeous sunrise I'm typically robbed of because I now run before the sun's up.
