Anne, I don't watch a lot of TV, but will confess to being totally hooked on Lost! Never missed an episode! That's a good walking pace! I always feel that 15 or better is moving well! Tendon a little happier today?

Started a new job this week and am trying to adjust to a new exercise time/routine.
For some reason, my torn-but-repairing achilles tendon is very tender again. I was fine on the walk but it's hurt since.

It is hard for me to get out bed to run when it is cold outside. We have been so spoiled living here. VA is suppose to get snow this weekend. Aren't you glad we live here?
