      1) Which means you've prepared far more than enough; 2) most people can only go far from home in a car; 3) strong winds in the face give you a nice tan glow; and 4) exactly.

    Great medium run designed to tire me out a bit for tomorrow's 20. Pushed the last few miles. Going to try to run tomorrow in 8:30 or better pace, as usual for a long run.
