    Nice Wednesday run with Jill P. . There was a really "gnatsty" stretch of trail. I took several gnats to my face with a couple winding up in my eye. Otherwise, the run was great :-)

      Hehe... I did have coffee, but in all honesty, the yoga class I went to really stretched me out and my stride just felt great. Hope I can still fly below the Captain's radar, if she sees this workout, I'm toast...I've been behaving for the most part this season...lol
