Too busy with appts to get to the pool this a.m., but tonights swim went good.
I guess I get to add some light strength training to my stretch/ice/muscle cream routine. Get three moves, two with no weight and one with a band.
It's progress!!!
Now to stretch/ice/muscle cream/roll :-D Night All!!
