Made it through 25 laps, know that was way more than this morning. Used the gear that I got today so the swimmimg went better. I didn't stop for breathers but was huffin and puffin.
Now to stretch my piriformis and ice, felt great when my PT rubbed out the muscle with some muscle cream. Need to add some muscle cream tonight and try to work out the tightness.
