Did a 10 min warmup followed by leg extensions, clams, kickback, etc to work my glutes and then did an hour of stretch & recovery. Foam rolled at the end to work out the sore spot in my left glute muscle, felt great rolling there and need to do it more. Would have road the bike today but my rear is sore from the ride yesterday. I need some padded shorts. Hmm a TRI you ask, Olu? There may be one :-D I would need to start lap swimming in the mornings at the Creske Fitness Center.


Good job. I want to start riding a little but I really need the padded shorts first! lol Do they make them with memory foam?? LOL
