Wow is it windy! 6x400's were tough today but that's what was schedule by Hal.

Can't believe I couldn't get past the 2:07 in the headwind, and it's slightly funny, I was stuck there! Did 400m recovery after each repeat :-D I was trying my hardest but just can't beat the wind.
