Pushed lap after the warm up and then after my 35 min were done. Did 80 minutes of P90X One on One Stretch & Recovery. Oh boy am I a stiff chick, but those stretches felt amazing!! Did the Yoga X last night but I am so stiff that it didn't go well LOL

Yes I have the Garmin 405 and use it for both pace & distance. Today I remembered to hit the lap button so I knew my pace for the tempo, last time I didn't do that so it was hard to figure out. I like knowing my #'s :-)
