Pushed lap after the warm up and then after my 35 min were done. Did 80 minutes of P90X One on One Stretch & Recovery. Oh boy am I a stiff chick, but those stretches felt amazing!! Did the Yoga X last night but I am so stiff that it didn't go well LOL
