Did hope that my "active commenting" on posts constituted a workout, but realized that wasn't true.
So built enough motivation to do my tempo, went better than expected and that's always a bonus.
5 min warm, 20 tempo, 5 min cool .. miles: 9:33, 8:40, 8:52, 2:58
