    Wow, hit the same exact pace as last week's. Only had 5 on the agenda, but to Wash Park and back was a little longer so I almost hit 6.

    Amazing. Was doing run five/walk one but blew past the five min mark numerous times so bumped it to 6/7 minutes. Def felt the running was at a solid side stitches or cranky legs!
