My knee has been giving me some trouble, which is what I blame for doing exactly nothing over the weekend, but let's be real, that was just laziness. At this point; however, I no longer have the luxury of laziness as I will be doing my first triathlon on Sunday. So, I'll be running, biking and swimming everyday until Friday. Leisurely walks on Friday and Saturday to rest up for the race.
