Pain. I was supposed to do my long run yesterday, but woke up to snow (UGH!) and feeling pretty icky. So I stayed in, and last night decided I needed to get in some kind of workout so, being the highly intelligent person that I am I decide to do an insanity workout. My legs, butt and lower back were soooo sore this morning, but I knew I had to run, so I pushed through it. My legs are jello, and I can't sit down without plopping, but I'm glad I did it. Just one more weekend before the GNT.
