    alright 4 mi 00:44 11:00 pace

UGH! This weather is a bit warmer than I'm used to. I felt sluggish. Glad I got it done.

  2. FIT
great Arctic Valley 2 mi 01:10 35:00 pace

Beautiful memorial day hike up Arctic Valley followed by a lovely bbq with the fam. Successful day!

  3. RUN
    alright 10 mi 02:00 12:00 pace

Painfully slow long run today. I need to step up the running. 3 times a week was fine for sprint tri training, but just isn't cutting it anymore for marathon training. Just 4 weeks until my ha... read more

    great 2 mi 01:00 30:00 pace

Hiked up Baldy with my dog, Talullah. Beautiful day for a hike. Still quite a bit of snow on the top so it made for a slow slippery trek.

  5. RUN
    good 2.62 mi 00:30 11:27 pace

I ran a loop around the hill on Minnesota leading to West HS. I got in 4 laps in 30 minutes. It is a painfully long hill.

  6. FIT
    good Insanity 00:40

    Cario Power workout

  7. RUN
    good 2.7 mi 00:30 11:01 pace

It's a little sad being done with the GNT. All I have to focus on is my half and full marathon, which is just a lot of running. I wish I had signed up for more triathlons, but all the ones i l... read more

Have you checked Kenai? Why Not Tri also may have a wait list, I was able to get in two years ago on the wait list. I really LOVE why not tri.

I did look into Tri The Kenai, but I have friends coming into town on the day of the race. Bummer. I didn't look into the wait list, though, so that may be a possibility. Thanks for the info!

    great GNT 12 mi 00:53 13.6mph pace

I did way better on the bike than I was expecting. I didn't do much cycling but still maintained a decent pace. More bike training for the next one!

  9. RUN
    great GNT 4.1 mi 00:43 10:28 pace

I was kind of surprised at my run time, because I felt like I was moving at a snails pace through my run but ended up setting a faster pace than I normally do. Overall, I'm happy with my time,... read more

  10. swim
    great GNT 500 yd 00:09:40 34:01 pace

Was hoping to be under 9:30 but didn't really take into account the slower swimmers in my lane. Felt good in any case.

  11. RUN
    good 2.9 mi 00:35 12:04 pace

My knee has been giving me some trouble, which is what I blame for doing exactly nothing over the weekend, but let's be real, that was just laziness. At this point; however, I no longer have t... read more

    Lovely day for a run!

  14. VELO
    great 9 mi

I've been seriously slacking on the biking, first because my bike was trapped at my exes place, then it was just bad weather and laziness, but today I finally got back on (expecting the worst)... read more

  15. RUN
    good 9 mi

Pain. I was supposed to do my long run yesterday, but woke up to snow (UGH!) and feeling pretty icky. So I stayed in, and last night decided I needed to get in some kind of workout so, being the hi... read more
