great Long Run (TOF) 32 km 04:05 12:20 pace

Got that from Tomaz L. Time on Feet. Plan was four hours and 20 miles. Due to symptoms of over training I did it easy effort with some pick ups. Three weeks to the marathon and I am getting excited. Cant wait to get some speed back and put it all out there.
