    Warm up then Intervals on grass. 6 x 200 with 200 recovery, each one a second faster. 38,37,36,35,34,33. Felt good to stretch out the legs

    Windy but great out! only my 3rd run in 2 weeks. Strained my back a week ago and took some days off. Ran 1.5 on Sat and 3 yesterday. Starting to feel better today but still stiff.

    easy effort but hard to get out the door. maybe should have stayed indoors today but didn't. cold really sapped my energy. I think it's time for some pasta and an afternoon movie!

    Negative splits courtesy of 25 MPH South Wind. Ran mostly south then turned around for the kite like run home. Ran last 2 in 13:00 with 2 decent hills thrown in.

    Soggy Bottom Ride 15 mi

    Riding in the rain. forgot about a dentist appt and the wife had the car. The Hygienist is harder to get in to see the the Dr. so I braved the elements.
