I have to run really slow to keep it that low Krissy. I try to do about 80 percent of my miles in the 140 range.

Sometimes it seems that way, but I always think what I would feel like if I didn't get the run in at all. Great miles as always!

Some days they help, some days not so much. But I agree with Krissy, things would be a lot more glum without any mileage.

First time on these trails. Easier and more shade than my driveway. Nice and flat. It was about 99 when I ran, but with the shade and wind it wasn't bad.

When you don't know what to do do what you know. I'm sick of this heat. I'm sick of the humidity, I'm sick of these hills. I will continue to fake it till it all comes back.

I just looked at several weather sites for your weather.... It's damn hot there. I want to write something about the humidity, except that what you're dealing with there is a typical day here. The other day we were all talking about how great it was to run in low humidity.... because it was "only 55-60%" here.... Fortunately, this year we've had few scorching hot (Texas-style) days. Anyway... enough about the weather... You stuck out a 10k in that shit! Strong work, Royce!

Amen friend. I am ready for the cool weather and low humidity. If we can find a nice, flat place to live, let's bring our families and make a running commune.
