      I have to run really slow to keep it that low Krissy. I try to do about 80 percent of my miles in the 140 range.

    First time on these trails. Easier and more shade than my driveway. Nice and flat. It was about 99 when I ran, but with the shade and wind it wasn't bad.

      I just looked at several weather sites for your weather.... It's damn hot there. I want to write something about the humidity, except that what you're dealing with there is a typical day here. The other day we were all talking about how great it was to run in low humidity.... because it was "only 55-60%" here.... Fortunately, this year we've had few scorching hot (Texas-style) days. Anyway... enough about the weather... You stuck out a 10k in that shit! Strong work, Royce!
