      I'd much rather go slow and have a few hours on my feet and someone to hangout with than go fast and beat myself up alone!
      So, do I sign up for the 11 or 22 miler at IDB?

      That depends. I'm staying really short. The course is pretty easy except for the rocks all being hidden by the leaves.

      I can't decide! I guess 22... If I can do 9.5 last weekend and 10 today, I can jump to double those in two weeks.... :-D
