    Number two for the day. 94 degrees. Almost 4.2 pounds of sweat in 36 minutes including 20 oz. of water! I don't know how I can drink that much water! Ave. HR 148.

    HOT! 95 degrees, full sun, no breeze. My blood pressure 45 minutes after I ran was 85/51. That doesn't seem right to me.
